Dependent on the property zoning we have, in some cases, we’ve been able to turn a normal sized block of land, around 600m2, into a duplex site.
Duplexes differ from dual occupancy investments, as they can be strata titled, providing the investor with a good exit strategy where half of the duplex can be sold off if they wish to. In most instances, duplex and townhouse properties offer a much higher investment yield than a standard house and land package, as they generate a larger rental income, and maximise potential use of the land content.
